manual!!! ☄ First Impressions ♚ VISUAL: Jeanne is 4'6" and 72 pounds, an eleven-year-old girl with distinctly slender limbs. A headdress separates the bangs and strands framing her face from the extremely long waves of silver hair. This hair color as well as her bright red eyes have a surreal hue rather than any kind of realistic sickliness. Her face could be considered doll-like with her small nose and mouth. ♚ FASHION: Other than her battle leotard, Jeanne's experience so far is exclusively wearing ankle/wrist-length Lolita fashion style dresses. ♚ DEMEANOUR: A solemn little girl who prays, raises her hand, and curtsies. When she gets excited, it's polite and understated and considered very cute. ♚ SOUND: A distinctly high and delicate yet firm voice. Her English dub actress, Veronica Taylor, can be heard here. (The same voice actress performed in the 2001 dub [15:20] if you are curious.) Her Japanese dub actress, Yui Horie, can be heard here. I favor the younger-sounding Japanese rendition. It is my interpretation that Jeanne does speak a formal but fluent Japanese due to her destiny of participating in the Shaman Fight in Tokyo, while her English accent is that of someone who grew up in multiple different European countries. ♚ SCENT: Jeanne has an odour of sanctity like white roses; upon closer examination, there is a deep scent of blood lingering in her hair due to spending several months completely immersed in it. ♚ MENTAL INFORMATION: Omitted due to nature of game. ♚ MAGICAL INFORMATION: Omitted due to nature of game. ☄ OOC ♚ BACKTAGGING: As this game will have several posts a week, threads over seven days old may be dropped unless there is special consideration - which I'm happy to dispense, just ask. Jeanne is very delicate but very strong-willed. ♚ RELATIONSHIPS: As Jeanne is 11 years old, I request that any romantic interactions have a clearly demarcated "puppy love" approach. ☄ Permissions ♚ CONTENT WARNINGS: Jeanne has been raised by religious extremists to wear a chastity belt inspired outfit and occupy an iron maiden where she is impaled and healed in an endless cycle of torture. This is a really in-your-face aspect of her character and it's rather impressive that the medium and plot of Dreamwidth Roleplay allows these elements to be avoided at all. So I will have some comments with an "iron maiden cw" where the basic facts are established. It would really help me if you were to reply should you need to avoid the entire concept. It would also help me if you were to reply should you be interested in deeper explorations of the theme!
